Welcome, to my escape... This is my collection of 'Macaron Adventures', and research so you can learn from my mistakes and successes in the making of this light and sweet, 'petit fours secs'. I'm currently doing my Masters in Architecture but sometimes, I like to take a break from worrying about facades, building construction and what not, to explore different flavours and presentation techniques for this centuries old dessert.
